Our shepherd is Randy Crozier. Randy and his wife Paula have been in pastoral ministry since 1984 serving congregations in New Brunswick, Maine, Nova Scotia and Quebec respectively. Their service to the churches they’ve pastored has often focused on transitioning congregations from decline to new vision and vitality. Randy has a passion for studying, preaching and teaching the word of God and a love for God’s people bound to a passion to see churches turn their gaze outward to the communities around them. His desire is to see God’s love have a dynamic, life changing impact in each church and community.
In addition to serving the local church Randy has paralleled most of the years of his pastoral service with a teaching ministry. He has served on the faculties of Faith Bible College, Christ Ambassadors Faith School of Theology, The Centre and The Wellspring School. A desire to invest in worldwide family of God fuels his commitment to teaching young men and women who are preparing for both lay and vocational ministry.
